Ingredients:

Tendli (dondakaaya) 250gms
Fennel seeds (vaamu) 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method of preparation:

Slice the tendli lenghtwise into four.
Deep fry until golden brown and add fennel seeds, red chilli powder and salt and fry few more minutes. serve hot with rice.
