Dill Rice

Ingredients:

Dill leaves 1/2 a bunch
Cooked white rice 2 cups
Salt to taste

Talimpu:

Garlic pods 2-4
Broken red chillies 4
Oil 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

Wash, pat dry and chop dill leaves roughly.
Heat oil in a pan, add halved garlic pods and fry for a minute.
Now add broken red chillies and saute for few seconds.
Add roughly chopped dill leaves.
Fry for few seconds and then stir in cooked rice.
Add salt, squeeze bit of lemon and serve.

Notes: Add salt only after fried dill leaves are mixed with rice.
