Moong Dal Salad

Nanabettina Pesarapappu
Ingredients:
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Grated Raw Mango 1 tbsp
Green chilies 1(finely chopped)
Cilantro 5-10 leaves
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Soak moong dal in 1 cup of water for 1-2 hours.
In a salad bowl, add soaked moong dal and add all other ingredients.
Mix well and serve.
Notes: Right amount of salt is secret to this salad.
