Cucumber Salad


Pandiri Dosakaya Mukkalu

Ingredients:

Kirby Cucumber/ Keera dosakaya 2
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/ 2 tsp

Method of preparation:

Wash and peel cucumbers.
Chop them into halves vertically twice.
Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt.
You can squeeze a bit of lime if you wish.

Notes: To remove bitterness if any, chop the end without peeling.
Rub the end against cut end of cucumber in circular motions.
A juicy liquid comes out if its bitter.
