Red Onion Chutney


Vullipaya Pacchadi

Ingredients:

Red Onion 1
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Remove ends and finely chop onion.
Mix chopped onion, red chilli powder and salt thoroughly.
Squeeze a lemon and serve with any kind of rice fritters or papad.

Notes: Don’t let this chutney stay for long.
