Cucumber Raita

Keera Dosakaya Perugu Pacchadi

Ingredients:

Plain Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
Cucumber 1
Tomato 1
Green Chilli 1
Coriander Leaves 6
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel,remove seeds and finely chop cucumber.
Remove stem and finely chop green chilli.
Finely chop tomato and coriander leaves.
In a vessel, mix yogurt with chopped cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt together.
Serve chilled with rice or roti.

Notes: Add finely choppped onion if you like.
