Poha in Yogurt

Perugulo Atukulu
Ingredients:
Poha/ Flattened Rice/ Rice Flakes1 cup
Yogurt 2 cups
Banana 1
Red Seedless Grapes 10
Salt a pinch
Sugar 2 tbsps
Method of preparation:
Peel and slice the banana.
Wash and keep aside the grapes.
Wash poha thoroughly under water thrice just before using.
Squeeze excess water and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, salt and sugar.
Mix thoroughly and add squeezed poha, sliced banana and grapes.
Serve immediately.
Notes: You can add your own choice of fruits to this breakfast.
