Moong Dal Salad

Karam Pesarapappu
Ingredients:
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Lemon 1/2
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Cilantro 5-10 leaves
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash and soak moong dal in water for 1-2 hours.
Clean and finely chop cilantro.
In a salad bowl, add soaked moong dal, red chilli powder, cilantro and salt.
Squeeze the lemon and mix thoroughly.
Serve.
Notes: Adjust the seasoning just before serving.
