Mint Raita

Ingredients:

Mint Leaves 20-25
Plain Yogurt 3 cups
Green Chile 1
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash and clean mint leaves.
Remove stem, wash and roughly chop green chile.
Grind mint leaves, green chiles, yogurt and salt together into smooth paste.
Serve with hot snacks, pulav, etc…

Notes: You can also add onions if you have.
