Fenugreek Seeds Powder

Menthi Podem
Ingredients:
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 cup
Method of preparation:
Heat a wok on low flame.
Add fenugreek seeds and roast them until golden brown.
Cool the seeds to room temperature and grind into fine powder.
Store tight and it stays fresh for months.
Notes: If you burn the seeds, start with fresh batch. Used instantly in Tamarind Pickle, Cranberry Pickle, Sorrel Pickle……..
